Outdoor Yoga Is an Amazing Way to Get Fit and Have Fun
A great way to supercharge your yoga practice, or try it for the first time, is to visit an open air yoga center this summer. While outdoor yoga is often part of the offerings at idyllic destinations like The Retreat Costa Rica, it's increasingly available everywhere. Many cities offer classes in gorgeous parks, on rooftops, and amid sunny natural settings. It is the perfect way to stretch your body and get healthier when the weather is warm. Here is a sampling of some open air yoga classes being offered across the country this summer. It's by no means an exhaustive list, so if you don’t see options for your city or state listed here, contact your local yoga studio and inquire about outdoor summer classes. Austin
